Your order can be collected from the Shop at 114 Lee Street, Wellington NSW 2820.
Depending on the time of your order, please kindly wait up to 24 hours for your order to be packaged and wait to receive your “Ready for Collection” notification.
Once received you may collect your items during store opening times.

When you arrive at the shop, please provide a copy of your proof of purchase.
We will hold your Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days. Please come and collect your order as soon as you can within this time!
At Petal + Palm, we want our customers to shop online with confidence. To provide peace of mind, we offer a full refund for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Nonetheless, if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you're welcome to return the items for Store Credit.
Please understand that we cannot provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

For a Store Credit, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and return the item to us after you have received the email approval from us.
Store Credit will be valid for 6 months.
Please note, that your credit note will only be available once the item has been returned and inspected by us.
For the smoothest returns process, please ensure the items are returned in their original, pristine condition with all tags attached—unworn, unwashed, fragrance-free, and free from any marks.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet our terms and conditions.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damages in transit are not liable to Petal + Palm and must be negotiated directly with Australia Post.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for any jewellery, like earrings.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Items that do not satisfy the above Conditions of our Return Policy will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
